Tus derechos del pasajero
Conforme viene regulado en el Reglamento 261/2004, a usted como pasajero, le asiste a ser indemnizado en caso de sufrir un retraso superior a 3 horas, siendo el importe de la indemnización:
250 Euros en trayectos de hasta 1500 km
400 Euros en trayectos de entre 1500 km y 3500 km
400 Euros en todos los vuelos dentro de la UE superiores a 1500 km
600 Euros en trayectos superiores a 3.500 km
